Hmmm ... favorite horror movie? Just one? Why must you be so mean? I must give apt credit to all horror movies that are my favs! Then again, we'll probably be here a while. I think Apt Pupil is one of my favorites. As a kid Poltergeist freaked me out. There was another one that I can't think of the name but it had a cat in a tree, and the babysitter was pushed into the closet and ripped apart. *taps finger against chin* What WAS that movie?!
The Grudge (original Japanese version) is probably the creepiest film I ever saw.

I really, really love the old Vincent Price movies... Or even better, radio programs. Heck, I can't tell you how freaked out I was when listening to 'Wrong Number', while driving alone late at night.
It's hard to pick a favorite horror movie... the old stand-by is "The Shining," but there are a lot of overlooked ones that are enjoyable.

Okay, "The Exorcist" is the badest film on the block. I watch it once every couple of years or so. I don't watch that many horror films, but recently saw "Let Me In" and thought it was brilliant.
