DIY Valentine's Day Wreath

Hey all,

As you may or may not know, I am sometimes crafty. Usually, I struggle to find the time for many crafts, but ever since I took down my Christmas decorations the front porch as been looking a little blah. Watching Home and Family this morning over my coffee inspired me to make a new wreath for my door that will give me a nice pop of color.

All in all, the wreath cost me less than $20. It was a bit time consuming where it came to cutting the felt for the petals, but it was simple enough anyone can do it.
Here's how

Supplies: Wreath frame, red felt, ribbon, quilting pins, and then (optional) I bought at Michaels the little sparkly heart (they have all of their Valentine's Day stuff 40% off so it was less than $5)
Next, lay out the felt and find a cup about the right (~3 inch diameter)
Trace a circle around the cup and cut it out
Once you have the circle

Fold it in half

Then fold it in half again
Attach the material to the wreath with one of the push pins in the bottom corner
Repeat until the wreath is to your desired level of fullness

Measure where you would like the wreath to hang on your door. Attach the heart (if you buy one) and the ribbon to the back of the wreath with the pins or hot glue. And that's it!
